Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the EveryMap mobile application. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who you're agreeing with

EveryMap is operated by Nareby S.A., a Uruguayan company (RUT 218708070014) registered at C. Coronel Brandzen 1956, 10th Floor, 11200 Montevideo, Uruguay. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "Nareby" mean Nareby S.A. "You" means you, the person using the app.

2. The service

EveryMap is a small utility that takes a Google link you share with it, such as a place or directions from Google Maps or a result from Google Search, and opens the location in a different map app of your choice. The free version works without ads and without an account, and includes a limited number of link conversions in total, not per month. The current number is shown in the app. We may change it, but a change never takes away conversions you were already given. Once you have used them, converting links requires Pro, which has no conversion limit. The free version may occasionally show you an offer to upgrade. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EveryMap. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases are subject to the age and account rules of the App Store.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use EveryMap on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to all App Store purchases.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent applicable law allows it;
• use the app to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send unlawful content;
• automate, scrape, or use the app in ways that place an unreasonable load on the third-party services it depends on.

5. Intellectual property

All copyright, trademarks, trade dress, designs, illustrations, app icons, marketing artwork, and source code in EveryMap are owned by Nareby S.A. or its licensors. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, or commercially reproduce any of these assets without our prior written permission. Using the app does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited licence in Section 4. Third-party trademarks referenced in the app (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Pro is a paid subscription. All purchases and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.

• Billing period. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, in your local currency, at the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The renewal is charged to the Apple ID associated with your purchase.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered and you start one, you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Apple's standard rules on trial eligibility apply.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro until then. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. All refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Visit support.apple.com/HT204084 to request a refund.

7. Third-party services

EveryMap depends on services run by Apple (App Store, iCloud, and Maps), Google (Maps and Places API), and the other companies named in our Privacy Policy. When you use EveryMap, you also accept those companies' terms when they apply. We aren't responsible for changes those companies make to their services.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

EveryMap is provided "as is" and "as available". We try hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every map link will be resolved correctly. You are responsible for verifying directions and locations before relying on them, especially in safety-critical situations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly granted in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nareby S.A. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, gross negligence, or harm to consumers' statutory rights).

11. Termination

You can stop using EveryMap and uninstall it at any time. We can suspend or end your access to Pro features if you breach these Terms in a serious or repeated way; if we do, you can still request a refund through Apple under their refund policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the app caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to App Store outages, third-party service disruptions (Google, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.), changes to or removal of those services by their providers, government action, network failures, or natural events.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and describe the change in the App Store release notes of the version that introduces it. If you keep using the app after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the ordinary courts of Montevideo, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring the dispute in your country of residence.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Nareby S.A. regarding the app and supersede any prior understandings.

16. Contact
